Who each one is for
BUK
For a business that already has a website, or does not need one, and wants a Portuguese booking diary with MB WAY and text reminders.
Apronta
For a business that wants to be online tonight with a complete website: services or menu, prices, hours, bookings and, if you like, orders and payments.
How to switch from BUK
- Paste your Google Maps listing at apronta.co, or type your business’s name. In under twenty seconds you have a draft with the name, address, hours and the start of a catalogue, to correct before you publish.
- If the tool you use today lets you download your clients and bookings as a CSV file, import them in the dashboard. Before anything is saved, you see which are new, which are already there and which are left out, and why.
- Swap the booking link on Instagram, on your Google listing and in your messages for your page’s address.
- Keep the old account until the bookings already in it have passed, and cancel only then. Apronta has no contract, so you can start on Montra, for free, while you move.
