Any business that sells time: lessons, consultations, workshops, sessions.
Website for small services
If your business is one person and a diary, this was made for you.
Apronta is a website with online booking, a menu and customer records for small businesses that serve the public, such as barbershops, hair salons, restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Paste your Google Maps link and the page writes itself in minutes. It starts free, and paid plans cost from €26 (US$29) a month.
No card, and the free plan is free for good. We publish nothing until you confirm.
In your words, not ours
Apronta sets you up as Services. That is what your page and your dashboard will call things.

What this solves
You are everywhere and you own none of it.
A page of your own, tonight. Your own domain comes with Pro and Marca.
Booking with you is a conversation instead of a click.
Your hours on the page, and whoever wants to books themselves.
You do not know how many people look for you and give up.
You see how many arrived, where from, and what they did.
Online in minutes.
Give your business a life online: a website, a menu, bookings and customers, ready in minutes.

An example
The week before the exams
Grinds with Niamh is one person, one room and an evening diary: one-to-one lessons, small groups and, before the exams, everybody at once. What is sold is time, and an hour booked twice cannot be got back.
- Monday
A mother books a maths grind for her son, Tuesday at six. The service asks which year he is in and what he is doing in class, and the answer sits on the booking.
- Tuesday
Before the lesson, you open the student’s record: what you did last time, what was still unclear. The note you wrote last week is there.
- Wednesday
You close Thursday afternoon for a meeting at the school. The page stops offering those hours, and nobody books into them by mistake.
- Friday
A student in their exam year buys a pack of ten grinds for the home stretch. Each booking uses one, and the confirmation says how many are left.
On Sunday, you see how many people opened the page and how they got there: the link in your bio, the QR code on a poster, or the address typed by hand.
What matters
An hour can only be sold once
Whoever sells time loses twice: when two people end up with the same hour, and when someone cancels at the last minute and it can no longer be sold. The page only offers the free hours in your schedule, never the same one twice, and you say how much notice a booking needs and how late people can cancel for free.
With Pro, a reminder before the time gives anyone who cannot come the chance to cancel in time, and a deposit when booking, with a Stripe account in your name, does the rest. Montra takes 50 online bookings a month.
Swap the back-and-forth messages, the notebook and the transfers to check for one page.
Booking with you stops being a conversation, and what you know about each person stays in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have one-to-one and group lessons?
Yes. A one-to-one lesson takes the whole hour; a group lesson can have several places, and each booking takes one. Each service has its own length and price.
Can someone book the same hour every week?
Every week, not yet. At the end of booking, the person can repeat it every two, three, four or six weeks, at the same time and with you, for the next six months. Weekly is, for now, one booking at a time.
Can I ask for payment in advance?
Yes, in two ways. With Pro or Marca and a Stripe account in your name, each booking can ask for a deposit or the full price. With Marca, you sell packs of several lessons paid at once, which last six months.
I teach online. Does it work for that?
It works for the booking: the time, the length and the payment work the same. The video call is not ours; you send the link for the lesson yourself.
What if I go to customers’ homes to do repairs?
Then the right page is Technical services, where quote requests with a photo and the area you cover come first. This one is for whoever sells their time by the hour, in their own space or online.
