Which plans

  • Montra, not included
  • Pro, included
  • Marca, included

No commission from Apronta. Stripe charges its own fee on each payment.

What it does

  • A deposit, the full price, or just a card

You decide what each booking asks for: nothing, a deposit, the full amount, or a card kept on file that is only charged if the person does not turn up. A service can have its own rule, like a colour paid in full up front.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations

How many hours ahead people can cancel for free, and what you keep when they cannot: the deposit, a fixed sum or a percentage. The rule is shown to whoever books before they pay.

  • Orders paid before they arrive

On the site or at the table, the customer pays online, at the counter, or chooses. You decide which of these exist.

  • Tips and discount codes

A tip at the end of a booking or an order, if you want one. And codes you put on a card or in a post, so whoever uses them pays less.

  • Books for your accountant

Everything that was charged, by day and by payment method, in a file your accountant can open.

What this does not do

  • You need a Stripe account in your business’s name. You open it from Apronta, on Stripe’s own pages.
  • Stripe’s fees are Stripe’s and come out of each payment, as they would anywhere else.
  • Certified invoicing is not connected yet: today you export what was charged into your accountant’s software.
