Deposits, no-shows and cancellations

You decide what each booking asks for, and what happens to whoever does not turn up or cancels late.

Under Payments → Rules, you choose what is paid when booking:

  • Nothing.
  • A deposit, fixed or as a percentage. As a percentage, it asks little for a short service and more for a long one.
  • The full price.
  • Card only, kept on file and charged only if the person does not turn up or cancels too late.

No-shows and cancellations

Say up to how many hours before a booking can be cancelled at no cost, and what is kept when it cannot: the deposit, a fixed amount or a percentage. The rule is shown to whoever books before they pay.
