The customer pays online, at the counter, or chooses. And leaves a tip, if you want.

Under Payments → Rules, you decide how orders from your site and your tables are paid: online only, at the counter only, or whichever the customer prefers.
The tip appears at the end of the booking or the order, if you switch it on.
An order to collect shows Show this at the counter, with its reference in large print and a QR code you scan when handing it over.
