Changing plan and billing

Moving up

Moving a business up a plan charges the difference to the end of the period already paid straight away, plus VAT where it applies, and you see how much before you confirm. The change is made once the payment goes through. If your bank asks for a confirmation, Plan and billing shows the payment waiting to be confirmed.

Moving down

Moving down, or back to Montra, applies at once, and what you already paid for the remaining days becomes credit on the next invoice. If you cancel, you keep the plan to the end of the period paid; after that, the business moves to Montra and the page stays online.

Yearly and currency

Paying yearly, two months are free. Plans are charged in euros in Europe and in US dollars elsewhere in the world; you can switch the currency until the first payment.
