Your customers

Every booking and every order creates a customer, by the phone number or email used. The same number is always the same person, so you do not end up with the same person three times, with the name spelt three ways.

1. Open Customers and press the name.
2. Write what you need to remember: allergies, the chair they like, the time that suits them.
3. The note shows up by itself beside their bookings.

Tags are yours to set: "vip", "saturdays only", whatever makes sense. They are always lower case, so the same tag does not split into three.

The customer’s account

Each customer can see their bookings, orders and cards under My account, on your page, with a code sent to their phone or email. There is no password.
