Closing for a few hours

If it is only that you cannot keep up today, do not take the page offline: switch off orders or bookings. The page stays up, with your address and opening hours, and says you are not taking bookings or orders right now.

Taking it offline

Take it off the internet, under Your page, takes the whole business down: the page, the app and the link in bio. It is for a refit or a long break. Anyone who already has a booking can still see it and cancel it.

Closing for good

Delete the business under Settings → Danger zone. For 90 days you can bring it back; after that, your customers’ data is deleted for good. It is in Deleting the business or the account.
