Taking bookings
Where they show up, and what to do with each one.
Whoever books through your site chooses the service, the day and the time, and sometimes the person. They need no app, no account and no password: a name and a phone number or an email are enough. They get a confirmation, with a link to their own booking, which they can change or cancel at any time.
The state of each booking
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| To confirm | Someone asked and you have not answered yet. |
| Confirmed | It is agreed. |
| Arrived | The person is there. |
| Done | It is over. |
| No-show | They did not turn up, and it stays in the customer’s history. |
