How much notice you need, whether you confirm by hand, and until when a booking can be cancelled.
Below your opening hours are the booking rules.
- Notice: how far ahead people must book. You can choose not to use it by setting zero.
- Confirm by hand: each request waits for your confirmation, and whoever booked sees that it is still to be confirmed.
- Cancellation window: how many hours before someone can still cancel or move without a charge.
Cancelling and moving
Whoever booked cancels or moves through the link in the confirmation email, to another time that is free. Inside your cancellation window, the page says how much cancelling costs, when there is a deposit on the booking.
